I want to put Google Maps on Android and get the error: "could not find depency com.google.android"

I have read and I have seen some videos on how to do it but the problem appears when I start to enter code, I get many errors. I have already installed the Google Play Services and the Google USB Driver but when I try to solve the errors and install what it asks me, I miss this error:

  

"could not find dependency com.google.android".

I deleted the class, xml and everything that had to do with Google Maps and now I do not work on the project that previously worked for me. I also get this error when trying to compile it.
