spring tool suite error when opening marketplace

Since I updated my sts it does not allow me to open the marketplace or any link that is from the marketplace. It always shows me the following error:

In case it is not appreciated, the error when giving it in details says:

To solve this, you must run the eclipse, or any eclipse-based IDE, such as the spring-tool-suite, with the -clean parameter. If you do not know where the executable is located, just the link , a console is opened, the direct access is dragged and the parameter -clean is added as you can see in the following image.

NOTE: It will take longer to start than normal.
