Eclipse Oxygen takes time to start

My problem is the one I mention in the title itself.

I have the Eclipse Oxygen installed, specifically version eclipse-jee-oxygen-3a-win32-x86_64.zip and the problem is that once I unzip the package and start the program, it stays on the start screen (the previous one the one that appears when it tells you to indicate the workspace).

Yesterday it worked perfectly, and the only change I made was to try to install the plugin Spring Tools Suite , I could not do it since I do not know why I can not install any plugin from marketplace without it I miss an error. I configured it in another pc, downloading it from the official page and it goes perfectly and I can install plugins without problem.

The problem is the installed plugin, go to Help - > Eclipse MarketPlace - > Installed, select the problem plugin and give it uninstall, you accept it and when it finishes reboots ecplipse, in case you get an error and very hard go to the "plugins" folder and remove the one that is causing you problems.

if you installed from repository you should uninstall it in Help - > Install New Software, there appears a window that says already installed as a vinvulo, you pike there and it will send you to a list where you can find the plugin and give uninstall, you should also restart eclipse:)
