I found my problem, In the viewDidLoad method I was missing 1 line

     override func viewDidLoad() {
        super.viewDidLoad()
        setupLabels()
        setupStyles()

         self.carosuel.register(UINib(nibName:"CellCollectionViewCell", bundle: nil), forCellWithReuseIdentifier: reuseIdentifier)

        carosuel.delegate = self
        carosuel.dataSource = self
    }
