I think this question needed more information. With the little information that you offer, I can simply say that in the Counterpart section you are required to put a NIF, or an IDOtro

If the provider is Spanish, use the NIF field If the provider is not Spanish, you will have to use the IDOtro section, in which you will have to enter IDType + ID

ID = Identification number

IDType must be a value to be selected from: 

02 NIF/IVA
03 PASAPORTE
04 DOCUMENTO OFICIAL DE IDENTIFICACIÓN EXPEDIDO POR EL PAIS O TERRITORIO DE RESIDENCIA
05 CERTIFICADO DE RESIDENCIA
