Drag and drop between views and regions with PRISM 4

I am trying to drag a view to another region with PRISM, and so far I have not succeeded. It's possible? Does PRISM 4 support this operation? If it does not support it, what would be the alternative solution? In the PRISM reference book: "Developers Guide To Microsoft PRISM 4" nothing comes of it, and I have not found very clear information so far in google.

You can combine Prism with Dragablz and get that effect.
