How to recover the autocompleted or cached data of my firefox?

1

I have some information in my firefox that I want to recover, they are a series of self-completed data (emails, users, ....) that are saved in the cache but I do not know if I can recover them so that they can be saved in a list txt or extract my information to be able to recover it.

Is it possible to recover data that is stored in the cache?

Or at least extract them to have them in an orderly way in my text file?

In a Firefox profile, all important data for the user is stored, such as bookmarks, history, cookies and passwords.

Reset Firefox

- Si te aparece esta página en Firefox, haz clic en este botón *Actualiza Firefox* directamente.

- No funcionará si estás utilizando otro navegador o un dispositivo móvil.

Another option is ....    Look for the Update Firefox button, at the top of the about: support page of Firefox, in the Information section to solve problems.       In the confirmation window that opens, click on Restart Firefox.       Firefox will close and restart automatically. When finished, a window will appear with a list of all the information that has been imported. To start Firefox again, click Finish.

The add-ons that are usually stored in the Firefox profile folder, such as extensions and themes, will be deleted. Plug-ins stored in other locations will not be deleted, but any modified settings will be restored.

Firefox will keep:

- Marcadores
- Historial de navegación y de descargas
- Contraseñas
- Ventanas, pestañas y grupos de pestañas abiertos
- Cookies
- Información de autocompletado de los formularios web
- Diccionario personal

Postscript: The Restart Firefox button is also found in the Safe Mode window, in case you can not start Firefox normally. You can also do it manually by creating a new profile and transferring your important data to the new profile.

If you want a "more effective" result, I recommend conducting a forensic analysis with Dumpzilla. This tool allows you to obtain the history, downloads, forms, passwords, bookmarks, etc. Here is a small tutorial on how to do it step by step.
