No internet access when connecting to hotspot windows 10

I believe it correctly, the inconvenience comes in the computer that is going to connect to this, I see connectivity Without internet access .

The virtual adapter where I created the hotspot shows me this information in cmd with ipconfig :

On the computer that I connect, it shows me this:

What can I do? Both hotspot and connected computers are Windows 10 .
