The app does not appear in Google Play Store for my country

Hello a few days ago I made an app that I uploaded to the Google Play Store market in Spain, but it is not appearing in searches from the Play Store app itself when I search. The search I'm doing from tablets with Android 5 and Android 7

The app is published and in production, as you can see:

It is also available in Spain, as you can see

But if from the tablet, from a web browser, I enter the URL of the app I get two messages:

  

This item is not available in your country

and

  

This application may not be optimized for your device

But it does not make sense because the application is for Android 4.1 to 7

Why do not I appear in the searches from the Google Play app? What am I doing wrong?

There are two different messages and causes:

  

This item is not available in your country

Although you mention that your country is Spain, and it is available in your country:
