Some colleagues are making a mobile application that will work with a GPS to locate a vehicle, the GPS is a GT02A and we have configured it to connect to a server and in this send the information we need (latitude, longitude, imei , etc).
The problem we have is that the information we receive on the server is a string that is encoded but we do not know how to decode it or if we have omitted something so that the information arrives correctly.
The information that arrives is of this style and is sent by GPRS:
