I know that this is not the place to ask this question, but I already went through all of them, find out everywhere and nothing. In Windows 7 I get the error 0xc000007b, which does not let Xampp connect Apache or MySQL, therefore what I am programming in PHP I can not know if it is or not. Any solution or suggestion, Thanks in advance.
