Error installing SQL Server Managment 2008 Express

I already tried everything and I did not succeed with the installation, so I come to you to see if you can help me.

Problem: Unable to install SQL Server Managment 2008 Express.

Error: "Error 1911.Could not register type library for file C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Microsoft Shared \ Help \ hxds.dll. Contact your support personnel."

Operating System : Windows server 2008 SP2

I've already tried everything on the Web. Desist the KB3072630 package from Windows Update, unclasked and updated everything but without success.

The SQL Server 2008 Express engine installs without problems. I only have problems with the Managment tool.

Apparently the error comes out when you want to install: SQLEXPRWT_x64_ESN \ x64 \ setup \ trin_aide.msi - Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications 2.0

I'm clear that I'm with the Administrator user.

Reading in forums, with the unpacking of the package KB3072630 should work, if not, I see another solution is to copy the dll dte90.olb from another computer and replace it. I leave you a link where you can find a better guide regarding that solution (Error 1911). I hope your answer will help me somewhat. Greetings.
