DefaultRoot ~/var/www/html

none gets the expected result, through an FTP client (ATOM extension) I see the whole root of the system when logging in, using http://www.net2ftp.com I see my user folder when logging in (root / home / username), due to this creates a test folder in root / home / username / test and modify the configuration file again, without obtaining results.
DefaultRoot /test
The access is through a user who creates without administration permissions, I can now modify and upload files in the folder I need but my problem is, as I mentioned at the beginning, that when I log in I show the corresponding folder.
