The title is very uninformative, but I hope that with this description of my problem it is clear:
I would like to know if there is any plugin (free or paid) that does the following: A form where only one field is displayed (CODE) and depending on that code a form is opened (different for each code).
Currently I'm looking for information for Ninja form and Contact form 7 but I have not solved my question.
