Xamarin Forms Proyectoi Portable

Good afternoon, I have installed Xamarin with Visual Studio 2017 in Windows 7. I'm trying to create a new project, but I do not have the option of PORTABLE, I see Cross-Platform Xamarin Forms but I do not believe the project in common, it creates me Android and IOS but not common to both.

What could be happening? and why can not I find the Portable option?

Thanks to the latest versions of Xamarin and Visual Studio, Portable Classes is no longer supported. Instead, you will only see Shared Projects and .NET Standard 2.0 libraries, which are the ones that are being used right now, no longer PCL.
