On the WooCommerce translation page go all the way down, I chose the Machine Object Message Catalog (.mo) option and click on the link that says Export :
Once the translation file has been downloaded, rename it as woocommerce-IDIOMA.mo (for example, for Spanish in Argentina it would be es_AR , leaving woocommerce-es_AR.mo ) and put it in wp-content/language/woocommerce/ .
