I had a similar problem, the most likely is that the records on your PC are not correct, Microsoft offers a tool to help correct them, I personally has not worked, if the problem persists the best thing you can do is format or reset pc if you choose this last option you have to mark that you do not save old programs, because if you save you will have the same problem.
