I have the following problem and I can not find a similar problem anywhere, has anyone had it?

The following error appears in the console when debugging my web project.

As mentioned nacl , I still needed to add the reference to Microsoft.CSharp. Months have passed and now I realize that it was a very silly problem, in case someone starting C # something similar happens.
