Recently I was given to modify a project in Wordpress , it happens that I use loop of Wordpress , there is a syntax error that is something normal, and I try to access by FTP to accommodate the code, but the FTP does not work, I communicate with the project manager and he tells me that they do not know what happens and they tell me that it has something to do with it being a VPN server and that's why it gives problems when accessing with FTP , I have not worked managing servers so I have the doubt if someone has had something like this before and they know what I can do, I would appreciate it.
