I found the formula

(ValueCalculate - Minimum) / (Maximum - Minimum)

Where minimum = 199,437, maximum = 552,526, value to be calculated = values of X

The easiest without complicating formulas is to change the type "percentage" to "number" and then in values to place the ranges that you want depending on the data.
