If I understood correctly, I had the same problem as Kronos, executed and the only thing that appeared was "finished", look in all the options of the program and in Tools or tools is the option build with o (CTRL + SHIFT + B ) I chose the python option and solve it. I hope you get my information;)
In summary, two differences:
the ctrl + alt + B : is for REPL this is fixed as mentioned in other post by entering preferences and editing the Key Bindings .
the ctrl + B : is for the build, this is arranged by setting: ctrl + shit + B and doing what they mention above :)
