More than the Xampp , I imagine that the problem will be in how you have configured the network, can you access folders from other computers? Actually I do not pilot a lot of networks, but I think the shots will go around.
First the two computers have to be in the same network and in the same network segment, then prove that if they ping one with the other, and thus verify that the two computers can communicate.
