Good day I just published a project with visual studio 2012 for desktop (winforms), when I install the application in windows 8.1 and 8 there is no problem, but my problem is that when I install it in windows 7, 10 and xp there are several mistakes. My question is, if there is any way to publish the application in a way that is compatible with all versions of windows. Thanks for your attention;)

XP does not accept .net 4.5, only accepts installations until 4
The rest if you would not have problems with the target ... But .. it sounds to me that you did not send the framework in your installation package, and therefore you do not have the required version for the system.
The only doubt that generates me is that in 10 should come, or at least one newer. But everything can be. Are you sure that the installation requirements are met and the frameworks are well installed?
Remember to check that your installation package has as a prerequisite in the destination that the framework is installed, or if not, download it and install it.
