I can not choose items in the toolbox

I have installed Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 2 I do not know when it stopped working, the only thing I did was install the update 2 a month or so ago.

I have a custom control which I want to add to ToolBox but when I give it to choose elements in the tab that I create nothing happens, it does not show me the window to choose my dll .

Try dragging from the file browser the DLL that contains your controls and drop it in the TecSoftware tab that you created in the toolbar .
