Cone install and activate a block in moodle

I have created a block in moodle in the folder following the previous one question I have created the block as they say in the answer but in point 4 and 5 where it says.

  • Go to the Administration of the Moodle site to install and activate the block

    • I could not find how to activate the block from the administration of the course, or how to add the block so that it appears among the options of blocks in moodle

    I have changed the class in the same way so that it has the same file name

    in this case I should already appear as a block, right?
