how to publish an ASP.NET web application project (.NET Framework) with a database in the IIS?

MY PROJECT CONTAINS FORMS is connected to the database because when I execute it, there are no problems, the db recognizes me, but when I publish on the IIS server it recognizes the page, but when the database is consulted, it does not respond.
