There is some way to show a ToolTip or a PopUp next to the Scroll Bar while I'm going down the web page, for example, ToolTip # 1 is displayed in topic number 1:
And then show ToolTip # 2 in topic number 2 on the same page:
Which would make ToolTips look like it was a Timeline. I await your answers.
