Each Form has a category ID
And we also have the form Submission table in this table are all the forms that have been processed with a status which I must show in an accumulated for example for the category Accounts Receivable we have in state completed 338 in status Returned to submmiter 0 by ejmplo as it shows the following image that is what I do not know how to perform in SQL
