I have received the notification from Google but my question is if it is only mandatory for the new updates of the app that are going to be uploaded to Google Play or those that are already updated with the risk of being unsubscribed.
The fact is that I found where Google talks about this: link But I did not quite get completely clear after reading it. I understand that they are only for the new uploads and that it does not require updating the currently published versions.
I did not find a Spanish version of this note.
