I am using a server with Ubuntu 16.04.5 to perform some bioinformatic tasks. However, a problem arose using the tximport package of R, and when looking for some info, it seems that it may be the version's fault. The thing is that I installed 3.4.4 with apt-get but when I open R I get version 3.4.3. Even uninstalling r-base and r-base-core keeps appearing this version. My question is, how could I delete it or update it so that my version is 3.4.4?
