Captive Portal options

I want to create a captive portal that connects to a MySQL database, the page I already have in PHP and connects to the base now the question is where to put that page.

I tried pfSense but I have the following problem:

  • I could not load the log page I made
  • It does not always load the login

    • Then to try other options try with easyHotSpot and I realized that I could not connect to MySql.

    Same probe with other local options of the Router itself (TP Link eap 120).

    Then I ran out of many options, I am new to the management of captive portals and networks, please if you had any OTHER OPTION or some pfsense tutorial with MySQL connection and php page.
