How to mount a public web server WITHOUT having public IP

-1

I need to set a PUBLIC web server (can be accessed from anywhere). The problem is that I am inside an intranet. That is, I have a satellite Internet provider which has only 1 public ip and through its server performs the internal routing of all subscribers (below I leave a small outline of the connection). Normally, it is enough to configure a virtual server on the router to redirect incoming calls on a port to a specific local address. But in this case I do not have access to my provider's server or the router they provide. I already made many claims / requests to it but I do not receive a response.

Workaround: One possible solution that had occurred to me was to connect my computer to a free VPN and thus have a public ip. But I can not find the correct configuration of the server.

The ips in the image are for them to understand the level of nesting I have in the routers. What complicates the task of creating the server. Thanks.
