How to correctly configure a corporate email to send and receive messages

I am creating my website with wordpress and I have created a corporate email but it only allows me to send emails and not receive. When I try to send an email it bounces and this error comes out: 

550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-lj1- 
f178.google.com [209.85.208.178]:41979 is not permitted to relay through 
this server without authentication.
