I'm trying to upload my application to Heroku but I do not work on some images, jquery and APIs that could be ?, someone has happened to him?

I never made a deploy with Ruby, only with Angular .. but seeing what the logs returns to you, obviously you have an error in the routes (they are badly defined). Remember that when you pass it to production the URL for the APIs it is not more 'localhost'
