Recent download NetBeans 8.2 from the official site .. As I also work with C ++ so I downloaded the ALL that weighs 221 MB. To have everything there just in case, also install the JDK 8u181 and the JRE 8u181. Also configure the two system variables JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME (according to the page both had to have the same JDK address). The problem comes when I open NetBeans, it does not stop doing ANYTHING, absolutely NOTHING, it lets me click the options above and then it hangs up and I have to close it down by administrator, down I realized that there is a balloon of dialogue with a number two that for a momente says UNEXPECTE EXEPCION, I mean everything that clickee remains hung the program
note * when installing it just select the components of Java SE and C / C ++, at first I thought it was to install everything but then reinstall it and it remained the same.
