Problem with binaries when installing snappy pdf on shared server

0

I have installed the snappy PDF binaries in windows in program files it works fine in my local server, but I uploaded my project to 000webhost and it does not work without the binaries, I understand that the binaries must run in the operating system of the server, in this case I think I have no access, what solution can I apply to solve this problem, and try placing the binaries in the vendor folder and upload it to the shared server and it does not work, even though the local server works correctly

This happens when I use it on the shared server

I would recommend the following. The routes in your config / snappy file treat them from the .env project as well.

Now from your .env file you are going to point out the routes

And in the end you should remove the .exe

Why all this? in windows it is done in this way, because it is compiled by means of some executables (.exe), while in linux it is compiled with the binary files stored in the vendor folder that as you can see in my routes, they do not have an extension.

Because from the .env, for this is this file, to configure changing variables according to the server where they run, in windows the urls are separated with \ while in linux with /, this is why this type of routes is better, do it from the .env.

I hope this can help you, regards.
