I am a manager of the gmail accounts of a company, and a user has an individual account ([email protected]) and wants to use this same account as a group with the purpose of adding three users to this group. However, when creating a group with the same name ([email protected]), it tells me that the account can not be registered because it is as an individual account = duplicity.
Provide you with the following solutions: 1. Delete the individual account ([email protected]) and create it as a group, considering that the emails you have in your individual account will be lost. 2. Link the individual account ([email protected]), to the account of each user who wants to receive information.
However, my client does not want any of these solutions. What is intended is that this account ([email protected]) that is as an individual account in the company, be a group to add several users to get the emails. It would be easy to delete it as an individual account and create it as a group ([email protected]), but I can not because in the individual account there are several services associated with a web page, plus the emails of the clients.
