problem with denied access server

0

Good afternoon I have a problem with a server Windows Server 2012 Standard in which we handle remote desk suddenly are most of the remote desktops working and one that was not connected when trying to connect sends denied access, in other occasions it asks for your credentials which are written but you ask them again in other occasions send the message that the password or user are not valid here in the business or we have Active Directory we have 3 promoted servers with the domain and reviewing the server of Server 2012 I found the following message several times:

Warning
The Remote Desktop license server can not update the license attributes for user "Chihuahua10" in the Active Directory Domain "ELCRISOL.LOCAL". Ensure that the computer account for the license server is a member of the Terminal Server License Servers group in the Active Directory domain "ELCRISOL.LOCAL".
If the license server is installed on a domain controller, the Network Service account also needs to be a member of the Terminal Server License Servers group.   If the license server is installed on a domain controller, after you have added the appropriate accounts to the Terminal Server License Server Servers, you must restart the Remote Desktop Licensing service to track or report the usage of RDS Per User CALs.
  Win32 error code: 0x8007203b

Error   Remote Desktop Session Host server was unable to retrieve users Licensing information from AD. Error 0x8007203b

Until I reboot all my servers like 3 or 4 times it lets me enter the remote desktop again

Does anyone know anything about the subject?

Thank you.
Greetings.
