spc0224 GeneXus Module not available for C # Web environment

I just started in GeneXus 15 and I made a basic KB with a transition and applying the Work With for Web and for Smart Devices and when I pressed F5 I get the error shown in the title. Any solution? Annex a screenshot with the errors.
