I can not move objects on the screen in android studio

Hi I am new to android studio and it does not let me drag and drop objects from the palette to the screen, I can only add them with right click and add to design, the problem is that it does not let me move the objects on the screen with the mouse, so try to expand or move them with the mouse do not let them move, please someone to help me thanks
