Try to repair the installation in case you have any errors in the files .. when you repair an installation:

  • All files that have been lost or damaged are replaced.
  • All Registration passwords that have been lost or deleted are replaced damaged.
  • All configuration values that have been lost or are not Valid values are set to the default values.

The other possibility, as they say above, is that you already have something installed from the other times you have tried to install the SGBD , I recommend you personally (because also happened to me in his day) delete ALL regarding sql server , enter the registry ( regedit ) and look for any key on sql server and delete them.
