I do not understand very well what you mean, if you want to export the MySQL database to a new one, you can look for the .sql file inside the project folder, use XAMPP, create a new database with phpMyAdmin and, later, import the data with the 'Import' tool of the phpMyAdmin in which you only have to choose the .sql file
