First of all say that I am not sure if I can ask this question here, I hope so, otherwise I regret it.
It's been a while since I've been using some free hostings, simply with the aim of uploading some nonsense I had done, however I intend to expose an end-of-course paper in which I would like to add something more serious, to try hired a domain for a year at a ridiculous price (0.99 cents) literally.
Apparently, domain and hosting are two totally different things, and the page where I hire it has given me a "hosting" payment, to try for a month.
I imagine that when the month passes, all the databases, and the documents within it will be lost.
My question is this, taking into account, that I have the domain purchased for a year, can I abuse that domain in a free hosting? I mean, can I take a free hosting of the ones I already used but using the domain I bought for that year?
