I am working under codeigniter my database saves the time in 00:00:00 24hrs format which I think is good, the problem is that for the user it is not as quick to understand as putting a 12hrs format a bit more understandable with AM or PM, so I wanted to know if at the time of showing my hra. can be converted to formats and how it would be.
