You do not have permission to access / phpmyadmin on this server

I have a server mounted on a centos 7 machine and a dynamic dns to which I can access remotely, but when I try to enter the database that I have on that server using php my admin, I get this.

Search the internet and I have to modify the file /etc/httpd/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf I modified it according to the pages I visited, but I do not know how to modify it so I can access the phpmyadmin of my server.

This is the code that I have in phpMyAdmin.conf

I have already solved it, for those who need help in this problem, if it helps, my solution consisted of. 

   <IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
     # Apache 2.4
     <RequireAny>
       Require ip 127.0.0.1
       Require ip ::1
     </RequireAny>
   </IfModule>

Comment Require ip 127.0.01 and Require :: 1 and add in the line below Require all granted so that it ends up like this. 

   <IfModule mod_authz_core.c>
     # Apache 2.4
     <RequireAny>
       #Require ip 127.0.0.1
       #Require ip ::1
       Require all granted
     </RequireAny>
   </IfModule>

After modifying those lines, we save the file and restart the httpd service 

systemctl restart httpd.service

And ready, everything solved
