Hello friends, the following error occurred to me, I had installed the Oracle 11g database in "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5". The next day I opened everything as the day I installed it and what happens to me can be seen in the images.
What surprises me is that yesterday I was able to raise the services of the database, create a user to give them permission and now this happens to me after starting it the next day.
It is for this reason that I come to appeal to you because I need help to solve this problem.
