I am carrying out an educational project (within a training cycle) in which I have been proposed to implement a chatbot within the Telegram channel of the IT department that can manage frequent questions and send pdf documents. The fact is that I have been proposed to do it using Dialogflow, and from what I have been able to read, an interesting idea is to integrate it with Firebase for the Fulfillment. However, although Firebase provides free quotes, I am concerned that an increase in the number of readings or requests will result in a charge. Since the associated account would be that of the educational center, it is an aspect that worries me very much.
Is there any way to control that our application stops reading once it reaches a limit?
