Configure the manage.py and settings.py files correctly in a web project

I am developing a scientific web project in django and although my web works, I must have something wrong configured in the manage.py and settings.py files. If you can help me and tell me what changes I should make in these files, it would be very helpful, because I have no training and it is very difficult for me to proceed to production correctly.

The structure on my server is the following: 1. / 2.home 3.user 4.mysite 5.myapps .... 5.static 5.venv 4.static Security is not a problem, it is a website for science students. Thanks in advance.
