Form an excel to another excel

I would like to see if you can help me with this doubt that I have, you will see I have two excels one formulated and another one that sends me a company as a report.

I explain the report they send me is a total of accumulated from a company that has different branches such as this one attached.

Now what I need is to pass from each branch the data from ordinary salary to savings fund to another excel and deductions only the imss, ispt and subsidy to the employee (but I only take that data) and the balance that comes with another tab of the same excel and if for example based on what happened to the other excel I put a numbering if it says ordinary salary in the tab I put a number for example 622001001, not a macro that I can use or how I could land it.

I hope you can help me because I'm a bit confused about how to do it.
