Someone could help me, I have a mvc c # master-type detail application, to add detail in the main view I load a modal window (bootstrap) that contains another view (not partial view) I select an option of a dropdownlist, when I I accept, return to the form and add it correctly BUT delete the data from the text box and the multiline text of the header (main view).
I was investigating and the solution would be to use Jquery Ajax but I only find examples where they call the controller and use a single view and in my case I use 2 views, the main one (header) and the one that loads in the modal.
